Farm Bill Debate Continues
We proudly
support the NCBA's efforts in promoting the Beef Industry as a whole. Our company is organized along business function lines. Some of the corporations are the result of history where we purchased out other owners and kept the corporate structure.
We are always working on improving what we do. It has been an interesting last few years with the strange moves in the markets and in world politics. We have dealt with international trade issues like the restrictions on shipment of U.S. beef into Japan, Korea, and other traditional markets. Fuel prices, corn prices, and cattle prices have all been in great turmoil due to various events and influences world-wide.
The Hitch Family intends to take our business into the 21st Century and beyond with improvements to our cattle operation and the pork operation.
